Much of the information we get is contradictory: paleo or raw vegan? Ayurvedic or Nourishing Traditions? So many choices can leave us confused and we just go back to what is comfortable..


Jane C. Collaso MSW, RYT, LCSW, Reiki Master/Teacher, the founder of Ayurveda by Jane has been in the healing field since 1989 where she began her graduate studies at Fordham University, Lincoln Center Campus in New York City. Jane teaches yoga and Ayurveda lifestyle as therapeutic tools for personal growth, healing and reaching life long dreams.
